Royce Da 5’9″ Set to Release The Revival EP

    With the Slaughterhouse name buzzing, Royce Da 5’9″ [click to read] has been getting a lot of attention recently. No stranger to the limelight, Nickel is still working hard on his solo efforts. Holding off on the release of Street Hop, at least until after the Sluaghterhouse debut drops, he’s still slated to release a solo EP before all other projects. With that, The Revival EP will be available for download July 7.

    Part of what has fans excited to hear the EP deals with the fact that a brand new Slaughterhouse track will be featured as one of the four songs on The Revival.

    After The Revival, Street Hop will follow as his next solo release. Royce said fans can expect his most lyrical project yet.

    “Bar Exam 2 [click to listen] is probably my most lyrical project to date. And my new album, Street Hop, is going to top that,” he said in a press release.

    I could care less about radio. I don’t like nothing that’s on the radio, so why would I cater to radio? I’m just going to stick to doing what I do. Radio’s either going to come to me, or it’s going to remain being corny.”
