Rick Ross is being sued for his usage of an image of Jay Z in his latest music video, TMZ reports.
Photographer Armen Djerrahian plans to take Rozay to court over a picture he took of Jay in 2003.
Djerrahian says he noticed his shot within Ross’ “Movin’ Bass” music video. The image shows Jay Z making the Roc-A-Fella sign with both hands.
TMZ states that Djerrahian will be suing Ross and Def Jam for all the profits they made off using the Jay Z image. He is also reportedly seeking a court order to block them from further use.
Ross has yet to address the legal matter publicly.
