Anything can happen in the release dates world, and it usually does. While we were hoping to get Meek Mill’s debut Dreams & Nightmares this Summer, it looks like we’ll be spending Halloween with the album. Meek’s planning to drop it on October 30th (the day before Halloween). Fingers crossed he keeps that date. A few weeks before, Xzibit is plotting a return. Napalm will be dropping on October 9th, alongside Machine Gun Kelly’s Bad Boy debut Lace Up and OFWGKTA signees Trash Talk with 119.
Despite the fact that Lupe Fiasco will be dropping Food & Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1 on September 25th, he already has his next two albums titled. The follow-up will be appropriately titled Food & Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 2, followed by Skulls. Tyga has an album title too for his follow-up to Careless World: Rise of the Last King. His next one will be titled Hotel California. No dates yet on any of those releases. Another album without a release date is T.I.’s Trouble Man. That was slated to arrive next month, but Tip is saying now that he’s hoping it arrives some time before the end of 2012.

HHDX editors = fail
They forgot Torae’s album drops today. And K-Rino is today or next week?
yeah and they pushed back ASAP’s album too. Comes out Oct 31.
Where can I find the Prodigy album that’s due today??? I don’t see it anywhere!
Why don’t you have Lecrae’s “Gravity” album release of Sept. 4th on here. You’ve covered him on this site many times and he sales more than half the artists on this list. He’ll more than likely have a top 20 billboard release (like his last album) and the #1 hip-hop release on Sept. 4th by far. C’mon HHDX.
It has big competition with “Cruel Summer” releasing that day too which DX forgot to mention as well
i stand corrected it was delayed till 18th disregard the first post
KUNIVA OF D12 – MIDWEST MARAUDERS 2 TODAY! 12PM est

OHHHHNOOOHEEEDIDDDNTTTTTT
I wish we could erase all these names out of the industry and just start over. What they are about (their latest fads or so called stances which change more regularly than politicians) are tiring to listen to as a fan of hiphop. I wish we could just whipe the chalkboard clean and start over. Start from a position of education and commitment to an understanding that being on the airwaves is an opportunity to use a voice for something greater than entertainment (although I do believe that entertainment should remain as a small percentage). What rapper has ever gone over to Africa, found artists, and put them out? When will these artists break the model they all operate under and exceed boundaries? Its not good enough to do it in album titles or song names. NWA did that, as well as many others. GO BIG! Its so frustrating to watch these guys with the opportunity to do such huge and amazing things, constantly fall flat and put out the same shit year after year. I get that the market determines, but not when you are an artist with a net worth of over a certain threshhold. I could go on forver, but damn, I wish we could whipe the board clean of most of these guys..
