Offset has been denied bond for a third time, according to the Statesboro Herald.
The Migos member appeared in court October 9 to request bond and Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. “Robbie” Turner filed his decision to deny bond yesterday (October 27), the outlet says.
Offset, whose give name is Kiari Cephus, is being held on several charges, including carrying a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, battery and riot in a penal institution.

Offset appeared in court today (October 9) and asked to get out on bond because he says the prosecutor falsely accused him of gang ties, TMZ reports.
Offset says that the prosecutor cited his “Black Migos Gang” tattoo as evidence that he is a threat that should not be released. The rapper says that the ink does not represent a gang, but a record label.
The Migos rapper was arrested in April with the other two members of the Rap group on drugs and weapons charges. Takeoff and Quavo were released, but Offset was kept in jail because of his felony record.
