Ne-Yo’s word choice on a VH1 program may come back to haunt him.
TMZ reports that Jesseca White is suing the R&B singer for painting her as “an unchaste woman who deliberately tricked him into believing he was the father of her child … so that she could fraudulently bilk him of ‘ungodly amounts of money.'”
In 2005, White had a child, and she claimed Ne-Yo was the father. However, a paternity test absolved the singer.
White alleges that she did not try to defraud the singer, and that Ne-Yo’s statements on the VH1 program “Behind the Music” has led her to be called derogatory names, and that her career as a photographer and graphic designer has suffered as a result.
White is suing for unspecified damages.
Last year, Ne-Yo left Def Jam and signed with Motown Records as an artist and Senior VP of A&R.

I watched this “Behind the Music” episode… Not only was she clearly fucking other dudes while Ne-Yo was calling her wifey (hoe shit) but the bitch sued him for child support money AFTER it was confirmed that Ne-Yo wasn’t the father (more hoe shit). She got “ungodly” amounts of money from him in a settlement because in California, if your name is on the birth certificate (which Ne-Yo’s was) you are the daddy regardless of what a paternity test says. I don’t use the term BITCH loosely in this case.. This BITCH derseves all the negative attention she is getting for being a scheming gold-digger!
I felt bad too when i saw that part of the episode. Neyo thought the kid was his and was hyped about it. I think it was his Mom that told him to get the paternity test. Mothers can sniff out a gold digger, mom knows best.
