N.W.A legend MC Ren has announced the release date for his forthcoming EP Osiris. Ren made the reveal on Sunday (May 22) with a tweet that read, “This shit will not disappoint. June 3rd the Saga continues. Osiris Osiris Osiris.” He followed up with, “Spread the word for June 3rd, very very soon. New EP ‘Osiris.'”
Boasting features from Kurupt, Da Lynch Mob’s J-Dee, Above The Law MC Cold 187um, Ras Kass and Compton’s Most Wanted OG Tha Chill, the eight-track EP is entirely produced by Tha Chill, who pulls double duty as both an MC on the album and beat maestro.

Can’t wait to hear mc Rens new joint it’s been a min since the villain dropped album this cat has been underrated for mad years I always felt like that and I’m gonna take it a step further he made nwa people think ice cube made nwa he did to a certain extent but mc ren really made nwa ren stole the show on every song he rocked back in the 90s my fav joints mc ren did over the years who in the fuck feat eightball and mjg same ole shit keep it real remix mad scientist real niggaz don’t die always into somethin list goes on and on
Man, you are totally on point with everything you just mentioned, I’m baffled by how quickly society judges whos the best in a group, it’s always about the promoted or popular person. To me me it’s about the eye and ear test, Ren clearly made those beats work for Dre and vice versa. Ren’s flow, bars and unmatched baritone voice sealed the deal for me to recognize him as the best MC in the group including Cube.
Compton Most Wanted is cool. But they were never in the same ballpark as NWA. The best thing that never happened was a MC Ren album produced by Dre and Yella.
Or a joint album with Cube and Ren.

Ren got so lazy. He was one of my favourite MC‘s but I doubt this is any good. Just like Cube vowing to return to his roots for the past 20 years and disappointing over and over again.
