DJ Mustard’s ex-wife has reportedly demanded the producer pay her over $80,000 a month in child support.

According to The Blast, Chanel Thierry filed an order to a California judge on issues of child support, custody, spousal support, attorney’s fees, and even an order based on a lack of communication between the former spouses.

Thierry’s order demands both joint physical and joint legal custody of their three children, but is asking the judge give her “tie-breaking authority” in regard to decisions pertaining to the “health and education” of their children, claiming it has become “increasingly difficult to co-parent with Mustard as he does not communicate or answer text messages.”

Additionally, Thierry says their former nanny is now Mustard’s “house” manager, and that a lack of a nanny has made it even more difficult to communicate child-related issues to her ex-husband. To remedy this situation, Thierry has requested the judge force Mustard to use “Our Family Wizard,” an online communication tool to help stay in touch.

She also said her demands for $82,628 a month in child support are totally reasonable pending a “forensic evaluation” of Mustard’s finances,” which Thierry’s attorneys said they’ve already reviewed and saw was over $10 million.

The Blast also obtained Chanel Thierry’s sworn declaration, which notes that Mustard “is a successful American Record Producer who makes an extraordinarily high living wage” and “has more than enough income to pay for both his and my attorney fees.”

So far, Mustard has contributed $25,000 in attorney fees and $10,000 to his ex-wife’s current counsel, and allegedly agreed to add an additional $20,000 to her current counsel.

The legal filing comes after Thierry blasted Mustard for not contributing any child support, taking to social media in November to call the multi-platinum producer out for failing to uphold his obligations to their children.

“These men be so bitter after they leave. How u mad at me for stepping after you left me,” Thierry wrote on Instagram at the time. “Not paying me child support or alimony to purposefully spite me. After I already signed a prenup. Talk about want me to leave with notninggggg sheesh it’s giving bitter af.

She added: “At least share the family car, forcing me to drive me Lambo with 3 kids is wild. Won’t keep quiet for your comfort honey. You know me!”

In a follow-up Story, Thierry wrote: “IDC HOW MUCH MONEY A N-GGA GOT. I WON’T STAY WHERE THE HELL I’M NOT WANTED. MY LEGS MOVE FOR THE BAG, NOT A N-GGA. PERIOD.”

Mustard (real name Dijon McFarlane) filed for divorce in May 2022, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents at the time showed he and Chanel Thierry had signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their 2020 wedding.

Mustard most recently filed a request for a status judgment, which allows him and his ex to have single marital status.

He requested to push the issues involving their children to a later date, and in another filing obtained by The Blast, asked the court to “reserve jurisdiction over all other subject matter issues of the marriage, including but not limited to, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, division of community property assets and liabilities, confirmation of separate property assets and liabilities, reimbursement claims, and attorney and expert fees and costs, and all other matters which the Court determines appropriate and within the scope of the jurisdiction.”

The pair are due in court on February 1.
