Moneybagg Yo has fully transformed his body and showed off the results of his hard work in a series of shirtless photos on social media.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (March 18), Yo shared a carousel of images that included not only his physique but the regimen he’s been following, which consists of protein shakes and protein-heavy meals.
For the last slide, he added a photo of how he looked before committing to the healthier lifestyle.
“Them: This a transformation that gotta be studied,” he wrote in his caption. “Me: Study Yo Bi**h .”
In January 2023, Moneybagg Yo revealed he was making positive changes to his health back in January by quitting lean.

“I use to think being sober would fuck wit my creative process,” he wrote on X at the time. “I see dats just a mind thing cuz I been more active skin glowing and I been dropping nun but pressure Fire #NomoWockesha.”
Wockesha refers to the cough syrup containing a mixture of codeine and promethazine. Moneybagg had a 2021 song named after the drink that peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Speaking to Men’s Health that May, Yo also shed light on his fitness journey and explained how Instagram fuels his motivation to work out.
“I get jealous because I’ll be on Instagram scrolling and see people working out,” he said. “Their physique and body be coming right. I’ll be like, ‘I want to get like that.’ And it just motivates me to get in the gym and stay in the gym.”

But later that year, the Memphis rapper was forced to cut short a concert in Denver due to a health scare.
He took to his Instagram Stories after the event to share a photo of him receiving medical treatment, with wires strapped to his torso.
He also apologized to those who attended the curtailed show, which had already been rescheduled from its original August 29 date following a previous cancellation.
“Denver I apologize dat I had to shorten the show,” he wrote. “y’all just don’t kno wat I went through to make it happen tonight.”

It’s unclear what sparked the event, but it is clear that the rapper has taken his health very seriously since then!
