    1. Looking forward to hearing a real Mobb Deep album again. Something along the lines of The Infamous,Hell on Earth or Murda Musik would do the trick

      1. No, they’re both well past their prime, even their average days, and me, being a huge fan of the albums you mentioned, won’t hear the same albums just with much worse rapping and way worse beats.

    2. lol lame fukcs first was g unit the right label and now red????

some 40 year old wannabe gangsters.

      its over mobb deep. retire!!!!!!

we dont believe you, you need more people.

      1. Yeah Chris Jones, totally on point, Katy Perry is waaay better than the Mobb….
Why do people like you, who obviously don’t like rap music and have no interest in exploring it, log on a hiphop site to talk shit about rap acts? fuck you and your stuoid looking face/facebook profile. infamous, hell on earth worthless? puuuh-leeease! the Mobb earned their spot in hiphop history Queens get the money

      2. idoit probably never listened to a mobb deep album they only had ONE soso album the rest was fire or classics one of the best duo in hiphoop to ever do it so some fuckin respect u gonna be on they nut sack when they release that album with nas

      3. That album with Nas should’ve happened 15 years ago and would’ve been one of the absolute best Hip Hop albums ever. Now it will be forced, dumb, uninspired and for the money off their names alone. Stop with suggesting quality just because they released classics DECADES ago.

    4. Look up the ghetto dictionary for Mobb Deep:

      1. WASHED UP

      2. OVER THE HILL

      3. NOT RELEVANT

They should leave this rap shit to the Jeezys, Jay-Zs, Dr Dre’s and Gucci’s and get the fuck out the game, because no one wants to hear that boring garage anymore.

      1. Notice the ’93 in his same. Born in 1193. Dude aint even 20 yet. That’s why. I’m 22 and my brother put me on hip hop when I was in 6th grade. Ever since 8th grade, my favorite album has been The Infamous. Kids are getting dumber and dumber, which equals the state of music today.

    5. Dr.Dre & Jay-z are not washed up they just making more money, Mobb Deep is one of a shit load of 40 + rappers in the game. Rap is really getting overt that age shit. I’m not checking for Mobb Deep to be honest, maybe Havoc’s beats but that’s about it.

      1. Yeah, just that Kanye is more relevant than ever and reinvents himself all the time, despite having way more musical than these two combined ever had, being way more versatile, having huge success, setting trends and making a unique sound. There’s only and forever will be one musical mastermind like Kanye West, but there are hundreds of gangsta rappers who are making much better music than Mobb Deep nowadays. They ONLY live off their classics, nothing else. Nobody cares about all the other projects they’ve released.

    6. Most of you muhfuccahs commenting on Mobb Deep being old are a bunch of clowns. Hip Hop never get’s old. Now this bullshit rap music’s got to go. There is a difference between rap and Hip Hop, you dumb fucks!

    7. WHY does age have to matter? Prodigy and Havoc is still in their 30’s. I don’t see people calling 41 year old JAY-Z for washed up??? What the fuck is that old grumpy dude still doing here? Fuck outta here.

Do you stop checking for actors after they hit 40’s? “Ben Stiller is 45, I can’t watch that movie, he’s too old.”

      Dumb fucks.

      1. yeah and ghost face is 41 and nas is thirty eight they need to retire dont matter how nice they are lmao idiots the older you get the more you have to rap about people is fuckin stupid these days with age

      2. Well, Jay moved the fuck on and his music doesn’t sound so out of place like theirs, you can change your music without losing your trademark sound, nobody wants to hear the same, just much worse, Prodigy lost all his musical charisma and Havoc didn’t make a good beat in years, this seems just so desperative, them dreaming of their past glory instead of an inspired music album.

    8. okay fuck the age but being 40 years old and acting like a wannabe gangster is pretty dumb. so grow the fuck up

besides its not 1995 anymore its 2011 and mobb deep is just boring.

so stop fake ass gangsters and leave rap alone

      1. so mobb deep can’t make an album because they’re “fake” and old but pussy ass lil wayne and drake can? now that’s what’s wrong with hip hop today..

      2. I LOVE their classic albums, but seriously, I have to agree to an extent with him. Nobody, aside from a few delusional fans, who’re stuck in the past, want to really hear this. It has no appeal, both fell the FUCK off and this will be uninspired and dull, both haven’t released a real quality project in years and this will be nothing else, they will always be remembered for their classics, but there are much better, younger rappers doing it right now and so many of them are unknown, so it would be dumb to get excited over this while there’s so much more good music to discover out there. It’s like old boxers. What’s with Hip Hop are narrow-minded people who give projects like this relevance solely based on their past accomplishments.

    9. i bet this album will sell everywhere in the world except America, you shallow head muhfuckaz ruined hiphop forever, America is pop culture from now on

    10. Age? What the fuck this ain’t athletics homie. It in’t the NBA, NFL. Old age doesn’t slow your skills down as an MC or rapper or a musician. Fuck outta here with that BS.

Peace to the ageing veterans, KRS One, Rakim, Nas, Canibus, Redman, Scarface, Preem, Killah Priest…other names are failing me right now, but you know who you are. Keeping real Hip Hop alive and strong.
