Quavo and Takeoff of Migos spoke with DJ Whoo Kid about the release of YRN: Yung Rich Nation and said they have more music ready to release.
“We’ve got another album that’s sitting back already,” Quavo says during the interview, adding that the group recorded a song with Lil Wayne that is “crazy.”
“We know in perfect timing,” Takeoff says. “We gonna put it out in the perfect timing.”
The members also describe the difficulty of promoting their debut album without Offest, who is currently in jail.
“It definitely ain’t cool ’cause you know it ain’t cool having nobody in there,” Quavo says, noting it’s especially difficult to make music videos without Offset. “When we first started, he was locked up. It’s just unfortunate. We did the same thing. We was all together. We know how to do it. We know how to hold him down. He know that we got the rock.”
