Mayday! and Murs are slated to hit the road for the ¡Mayday! x MURS ¡MURSDAY! Tour 2014.
Scheduled to stop in 38 cities, the outing is set to begin October 28 at The Phantasy Concert Club in Lakewood, Ohio and finish December 14 in Fort Collins, Colorado. The itinerary includes St. Louis, Minneapolis, Seattle, Oakland, Las Vegas, Houston, Kansas City and Denver, among other cities. The full slate is below.
Mayday! and Murs collaborated on “Hardcore Bitches,” a song from Mayday!’s 2012 album, Take Me To Your Leader. Murs joined the Strange Music roster in February. The Miami group and the Los Angeles rapper-entreprenuer released their collaborative MURSDAY! project in June.
While recording the collection, Murs says he had the stage in mind.
“Both of our live shows are very high-energy and I wanted to do something that would translate well,” Murs says in a press release. “So when you see it live, the chemistry we had in the studio and on the album would all come together.”
