Lil Wayne has released the tracklist for his Tha Fix Before Tha VI album which he announced earlier this month.

Weezy revealed on Wednesday (September 27), which happens to also be his 41st birthday, that the appetizer project will arrive on Friday (September 29).

“Tha Fix Before Tha VI – 9/29,” Wayne wrote to Instagram.

The accompanying tracklist boasts 10 songs with features from Grammy-winner Jon Batiste, Euro and Foushee. Track No. 9 is named after Wayne’s good friend “Tity Boi,” a former alias of 2 Chainz.

With Tha Fix Before Tha VI landing this week, it’s a signal that Tha Carter VI is also on the horizon.

However, 2 Chainz disclosed that fans can expect his highly-anticipated ColleGrove 2 joint project with Wayne to arrive before 2023 expires.

“ColleGrove 2 will be coming out before the year’s over with,” he promised to The Source. “We’ve already shot two visuals, the photo shoot is over. We’re in the process now of mastering records. All the records are mixed, so it’ll be coming soon.”

He continued: “I’m so excited about it and I’ve been talking about it so long. I’m anxious at this point, to try to get it to the fans’ ears. Hear some of the hard work, and the blood sweat and tears that me and my brother put into this project.”

Lil Wayne first teased Tha Carter VI during a Young Money reunion performance in August 2022 at Drake’s October World Weekend festival in Toronto.

Since then, he’s released a handful of potential singles including the DMX-sampling, Swizz Beatz-produced “Kant Nobody” and “Kat Food,” which also flips a classic record from Missy Elliott.

Weezy has also been spotted in the studio with the likes of Wyclef Jean and Juelz Santana while crafting the album.

The New Orleans native has been busy in recent weeks too. In addition to performing at the 2023 MTV Videos Music Awards alongside Nicki MinajLL COOL JRun-DMC and other rap legends earlier in September, he reunited with Nas on the Magic 3 standout “Never Die.”
