Almost Healed is set to drop on May 26, though it initially had a release date of last Friday (May 12). The cover art was unveiled on Instagram in lieu of the original release date, and it features Lil Durk’s head wrapped in gauze as his eye bleeds.

    You can view it below.

While it’s unclear who – if anyone – will be featured on the project, one person fans can hope to see is SZA after Lil Durk publicly requested her appearance a few weeks back.

“@Sza the goat y’all better not sleep or get blind every female every car every sale she really her,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “I need you on my album ASAP a hit not a regular song. Go tag SZA blow her shit down tell her Smurk need her.”

Durk shared another cryptic update on the album in a separate Story, writing: “This bi$ch done without half the help I been asking for let’s goooooo sorry I ain’t been connecting to fans I’m almost healed.”

The 30-year-old OTF honcho kept busy in 2022 with the release of his 7220 album, which served as his first project to reach the Billboard 200 after selling 120,500 total album-equivalent units in the first week last March.

Durk returned in December to deliver his Loyal Bros 2 compilation album featuring his Only The Family collective. The effort was headlined by Smurk’s standout “Mad Max” collaboration with Future, which saw him taunt the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in bizarre fashion.
