“Me and Future were working on a joint tape. We damn near got the joint tape done,” he said. “And now Slime came home, you know he ain’t goin’ for that. He was likem ‘Shiiit.’
“It was actually Thug’s idea. When he was in jail, he was like, ‘Aye, call Pluto. I want y’all to do a tape together.’ He damn near named the tape and everything — this was before he got out.

“Now that he got out, he’s like, ‘I’m on on the tape’ [laughs]. We might have something big in store on that […] Thug is a lab rat. all he do is stay in the studio. We’ve already made 10 songs together.”
During the episode, Baby also revealed that a compilation album from his 4PF label called Can’t Be Fucked With is also in the works, alongside his recently released LP WHAM and its planned follow-up Domonique.
Lil Baby previously revealed that he was planning on dropping two albums in 2025.
He said on Lil Yachty‘s A Safe Place podcast: “At first, I was telling people I was going to drop a double album. Now, I’m dropping the WHAM album and Dominique album.”

The “Freestyle” hitmaker added that the second album, which is titled after his real name, will “hopefully” arrive in February.
Baby was then asked by his “Sum More” collaborator how the two projects will differ, replying: “I still put some of the songs I was gonna use for Dominique on WHAM ’cause I know my fanbase really want to hear them certain songs.
“WHAM is more me on some young n-gga shit — fast cars, girls, jewelry, money. You know, the turnt lifestyle. And Dominique is more the serious me, more personal.
“That’s a part of the new journey I’m on. I hate the word vulnerable, but I’m gonna be more open to my fans and my audience.”
