Leroy “Tony” Austin Sues Diddy For Shooting Outside Of Restaurant

Leroy “Tony” Austin has filed suit against Sean “Diddy” Combs following a November 2010 incident where he and a guest were shot outside of his Atlanta, Georgia franchise, Justin’s Restaurant and Bar.

According to the Associated Press, the former Def Jam A&R was invited to the restaurant as a guest but was left injured after arriving at the establishment. Filing suit in the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia, Austin claims that Diddy failed to maintain a safe environment, citing that the restaurant’s operators knew of “dangerous and hazardous conditions” and that they failed to provide adequate security on the property.

    3. I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83
being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive
retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it
only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff,
      h itpenny.com

    4. Bogus claim. It’s been over ten years since he was injured. Puffy’s defense attorney’s should have this case thrown out in a heartbeat because the statute of limitations has already ran.

      1. hahahahah wrong place…. Nevermind, I read the wrong place…. everyone is coming after him for money, especially after the $13 million settlement.
