Kevin Gates recently caught heat for kicking a fan in the face during a show he was performing at. Video of the occurrence hit the web and caused the Chicago native to react.
Recently sitting down with Vlad TV, KXNG Crooked reacted to Gates’ actions and gave his own opinion on the matter.
“I’m pretty sure if he could take that kick back he would,” Crooked said when asked about the Kevin Gates situation. “I don’t know him personally. I enjoy some of his music that I’ve heard but just speaking from an artist perspective there’s some things I wish I could take back.”
KXNG Crooked also spoke about performing in tough places especially when fans are heckling those on stage.
“Sometimes you catch an artist having a bad day,” he said. “Me personally, I’ve been tested on stage a few times by maybe a drunk fan or high out of his mind on shit other than weed and you got to just try to maintain your composure as much as you can because it’s a place of business at the end of the day.”
