As previously reported, police approached the “No Flockin” rapper when they found his Bentley SUV parked in the roadway on Thursday (December 7). When officers approached the vehicle, they spotted a styrofoam cup filled with a substance that “smelled like alcohol,” according to the arrest report, which prompted probable cause to search the vehicle.

Subsequently, police claim they found “cannabis wrapping paper and suspect cannabis residue” on the car’s console, and white powder falling from the rapper’s clothes. In the arrest report, the officer wrote that he “believed Kapri was trying to discard illegal narcotics” and that Kodak Black’s mouth was “full of white powder.”

“I placed Kapri in handcuffs and observed white, rock-like substances on the ground,” the arresting officer wrote. “Kapri uttered that it was ‘Percocet.'” The 26-year-old rapper was booked into the Broward County Jail shortly afterward.

In a separate incident, Kodak Black was charged with drug trafficking last July after authorities found 31 pills alleged to be oxycodone in his possession along with more than $70,000 in cash.

He has since claimed through his lawyer that he is the victim of a police cover-up. In a motion to dismiss the case, the rapper claims that the oxycodone he was accused of possessing and trafficking was just Tylenol that had been obtained over the counter, according to TMZ.

He then expressed love for his supporters, saying: “I appreciate y’all, because if it was up to them, I’d have been out of here.”
