Kanye West has abruptly cut both Playboi Carti and Ty Dolla $ign from his upcoming album Bully after criticizing the duo on social media.
The Chicago rap legend announced on X on Thursday (March 20) that he had decided to remove the closing track, “Melrose” which featured Carti and Ty, from the project entirely, writing: “MELROSE IS NOT ON BULLY THANK GOD.”

He later told fans that he was going to do a solo version of the song.
As he announced the song’s removal from Bully, which Ye leaked himself earlier this week, he continued to diss Carti and Ty, as well as Kendrick Lamar and Future.

“Fuck all Aura points. This Carti shit got me fucked up,” Kanye wrote, referencing the Atlanta rapper’s perceived betrayal for wanting to collaborate with his daughter North West amid his renewed custody battle with ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
“I understand everyone else. But not the chosen one getting pulled in by the other side. We was supposed to change the Matrix. Frits how you let this happen. It be times like this when you understand why I always forgive people. Like when your dad say This gonna hurt me more than it hurts you. Damn I didn’t want to have to destroy someone I’ve bled for.”

The G.O.O.D. Music founder then posted police bodycam footage from when Carti allegedly assaulted his then-pregant ex-girlfriend before once again blasting him for featuring Kendrick Lamar on his latest album Music instead of him.
“CARTI CANT PUT KENDRICK RAPPIST [sic] SOUNDING ASS ON AN ALBUM OVER ME. ON EVERYTHING,” he vented.

West then took a double jab at Pluto and Ty Dolla, writing: “I CAN UNWASH FUTURE HOW I UNWASHED TY. HE’S STILL GOT POTENTIAL. THE KING HAS SPOKEN.”
Kanye West has been airing out his grievances with Playboi Carti all week, even threatening to “end” the Opium star’s career.
In response to a fan who wrote on X earlier this week: “Kanye can end Carti career fr but he won’t do it,” he declared: “I will and I am going to.”
Ye also called out his “Carnival” collaborator in angry video, saying: “This n-gga is stupid, bro. You don’t know, when I’m dealing with my kids, this ain’t your niece, n-gga. This is my daughter, n-gga.

“Don’t fuck with me, boy! Don’t fucking play with me, n-gga! You letting these white people use us against each other, you letting these Jews use us against each other, n-gga. I put you on, n-gga!”
After Kanye repeatedly Carti a “faggot” and mentioned his son Onyx in a string of other posts, the 28-year-old rapper snapped back: “YE STFU.”
