Kanye West Produced An Album For The Rapper Who Freestyled For Him On TMZ

That aspiring rapper by the name of Cameron Grey who stopped Kanye West outside of a Big Sean concert to spit a freestyle for him in front of TMZ cameras last year is now gearing up to release his first project, Cocaine Ferrari. The album is to be produced by Yeezus himself, TMZ reports.

After doing an on-the-spot freestyle and written verse for the G.O.O.D. Music boss, while Justin Bieber kept asking for more bars, Grey pleaded with Kanye to give him a chance.

The Grammy-winning rapper initially curved the aspiring MC until Yeezy told Cameron to freestyle in front of the cameras for him. Grey gladly took the opportunity.

“Young Cam standing in front of Kanye / I wish you would give me a deal / I swear I need it / I swear my whole life this shit I been dreaming / I swear to God I feel it,” the Ohio native spit.

“Are you open to start off as, like, an assistant?” West asked Grey after his impromptu performance.

“I’m down to start anything,” Cam responded back.

After the chance encounter, Kanye summoned a meeting with Grey where the “Saint Pablo” rapper hooked him up with his 4x Grammy-winning producer, Anthony Kilhoffer.

Ironically, Big Sean got his start in a similar fashion when he ran up to his local Detroit radio station with hopes of possibly rapping for Kanye and getting a record deal with G.O.O.D. Music. The Chicago native originally declined to hear Sean spit as well, but after some more pleading, he got his chance and West signed him.

Grey is slated to release his debut project Cocaine Ferrari coupled with a 360-degree virtual reality music experience any day now.

    1. Dude prob come from a rich family, give somebody thats a hungry a chance maybe like someone from chicago thats dope and has something to say.

      1. You dickhead, most white people all around the world have struggled or still struggle as well, just because in most of the history (including present) there are bunch of rich white guys who run the show, it does not change the fact that other white people struggle. they might have less trouble in countries like America thanks to being white, but that is NOT a privilege. A privilege is not something that you share with more than half of the other population of your country, and something that would make you actually worse off in some other parts of the world. So in reality, your so-called privilege that it sucks for white men a bit less than for others. So wake the fuck up

    2. lol The white males are just cosigning this because he’s white. He is fucking GARBAGE. One of the corniest rappers I’ve ever heard. Like, are you serious?? And you all know he’s wack too.

    3. Damn did he luck out, guy didn’t sound very impressive I know the nerves don’t help but I was expecting better

      1. I don’t think you understand what the word humble means

A humble dude does not say he is this generation’s Mozart when he’s a sample based “producer”

A humble dude doesn’t say his name should be in the bible

A humble dude doesn’t constantly try to remind everyone how important he is, how smart he is, how creative he is, etc etc

        Is that you, Kanye?

      2. Was wrong with being confident in yourself…nothing. Kanye never said he should be in the bible. Kanye can be humble and shown that he can be. Are you perfect or have the cameras on you 24/7? Until that happens stop judging this man likeyou dont have faults and acting like he has to be perfect.

    4. Give people a chance by all means. But i didnt see anything resembling talent?! His written was less than his freestyle

    5. son spittin for kanye but all this nigga is gonna say an assistant?? but you give this nigga panda a deal ? gtfo

      1. I take assistant position,, my work will speak for its self eventually lead to bigger things,, bedsides if it wasn’t for west this dude would of been on the bench doing nothing.
