In the midst of Kanye West’s incessant political fury, the Yeezy Fashion Head has been flooding his Twitter timeline with developing ideas straight outta the stitch shop.
For example, this particular gem breaks down a “base layer.”
Lo and behold, Tony Spackman, former Nike designer, and current Givenchy design director, is accusing Kanye of some serious thievery and imagery sorcery — and he posted alleged receipts on his Instagram Stories to prove it.

Popular faux-fashion spotter, diet-prada, also laid into Mr. West.
“[The] ever-controversial Kanye is no stranger to digging in the far reaches of the internet for inspiration,” the diet-prada diss post began.”Is Ye just showing his creative process with inspiration images or claiming the work to be his own?
“Photoshopping out the title of the sketch in the top left corner is pretty much a dead giveaway lol. The original by designer @tonyspackman was done in 2005 for a @nike collection called ‘Living Apparel’ which eventually became ‘Nike React’, a running collection grounded in freedom of movement and human comfort.”
They concluded, “Can we just call it Yeez [zzz] y now?” adding a sleeping emoji for dramatic effect.
During most of the late 2000s, Kanye and Nike worked side by side to develop the first edition of his signature sneakers before purported lopsided business deals prompted Ye to head over to adidas — and constantly throw shade in the Swoosh’s direction.
The Nike years also prompted the now infamous interview on Sway on The Morning, which birthed the Hip Hop catchphrases, “You ain’t got the answers!” and “How Sway?!?”
No word as of press time if Kanye has any answers for Spackman’s allegations.
