Joe Budden has once again opened the floodgates of controversy by bringing back up claims that Chingy and Young Buck have slept with trans women.
The rapper-turned-podcast host made the comments on the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, which dropped on Thursday (August 3).
Budden was discussing the latest allegations against sports star Dwight Howard, who allegedly sent explicit text messages requesting “dick pics” to a young male model, and the old rumors about the “Right Thurr” rapper and the former G-Unit soldier came up.
“I give the benefit of the doubt to people that have a special place in my heart, and I’m wrong every time,” he said. “Every time I gave it to Dwight Howard, I’m wrong. I gave it to Chingy, super wrong. I gave it to Young Buck — couldn’t be more wrong about that.”
He continued: “I gave it to Bobby Valentino, smacked me up in the head again. N-ggas like fucking transgenders, that’s the bottom line. When are we going to stop giving entertainers the benefit of the doubt? They be doing that shit.”

Back in 2021, Young Buck admitted that he was “catfished” by a trans woman, but denied ever being intimate with her.
“Me, at the time, thinking with my dick, I smashed over there thinking I’m gonna smash on this bitch and walk in the situation,” he said at the time. “It wasn’t even me knowing what the person was at the time, it was me feeling like, hold on, this is a fucking robbery or set-up because when I realized, ‘Hold on, that ain’t the same muthafucka that’s been in the video,’ I immediately got the fuck out of the room.”
Meanwhile, Chingy’s alleged relationship with trans model Sidney Starr supposedly cost the “Right Thurr” rapper a record deal — a claim which Starr denied.
“I made an apology video on WorldStarHipHop letting him know how apologetic I was about all of it but I will admit that I don’t agree with my situation and what happened with us and him losing his deal,” she said at the time.
“I don’t agree with it being because of me… I will admit if it was [because of me] I’m sorry and if I could walk into Chingy’s face right now, I would let him know, ‘Look bro, I am so sorry that this happened.’”
As for Bobby Valentino, the singer was exposed in 2017 by a trans escort after the R&B star allegedly tried to skip out on paying her fee — a claim which Bobby V also denied.
In a video posted by the woman, a man who appears to be the “Slow Down” singer is caught with his pants down (literally) as he tries to escape the hotel room. The escort calls him out by name and claims he hasn’t paid for her services while he rushes out the door and runs down the hallway.
After the video began to blow up online, the escort decided to speak on the situation via Facebook.
“Let me say this what I did to Bobby Valentino was on the basis he didn’t have any coin so to play with my money is to play with my life like ANY girl would do,” she wrote. “Don’t expose but extort and get what’s rightfully yours either voluntarily or involuntarily. Idc who doesn’t respect my decision because my bank account will respect it the most.”
