Jim Jones has shouted out New York City Mayor Eric Adams after hanging out with the mayor at his own mother’s house earlier this week.

On Monday (April 24), Capo took to Instagram to post a photo of himself happily chilling with Adams who is seen pointing at Jim, who himself plays it casual while rocking a matching Live Fast navy blue sweatsuit and a pair of Nikes.

“Mayor E popped up at my mamma crib you know how I feel bout u if u the eat food out my mamma fridge My love for my city is deep,” Jimmy wrote.

Mayor Adams being invited over to eat at Jones’ mother’s residence sounds like the ultimate sign of respect from the Dipset rapper.

Frustrated citizens of NYC that follow Jones made sure to flood the Harlem legend’s comment section with messages they hoped to be relayed to the mayor.

“Hey Jim, do us all a favor and tell Playboy Eric Adams to do some damn work. Please and thank u,” one person wrote, while another added: “Doing everything but his damn job!”

A fan then compared Mayor Adams to Power star Larenz Tate who plays the role of sleazy Councilman Rashad Tate in 50 Cent’s STARZ series.

Producer Scram Jones chimed in with a question as well: “Capo tapped in w the front desk – the question is did he hit the high tolerance after the meal?”

Jones and Adams originally crossed paths at Drake’s Apollo Theater show back in January, and then met up two days later after Jimmy woke up to a text from the NYC mayor asking him to meet up so they can discuss humanitarian efforts across Harlem.

“A man of his word woke up to a text from @nycmayor askin if I can meet him in Harlem this afternoon Which was a surprise because our schedule meeting was for next month,” Jones wrote. “Thts wht I alway say stay ready so u do have to get ready. Harlem ur always on my mind n in my heart this is goin to b fun @gohardboyznyc @goharddance_harlemnyc.”
