Jim Jones is keeping his foot on Pusha T and No Maliceâs necks, throwing more jabs at the Clipse duo while discussing his brewing rivalry with the former with Joe Budden.
The Dipset rapper called into the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast to chew over his and Pushaâs recent lyrical exchange, which he said is âall fun and gamesâ and âa true display of wordery.â

However, that didnât stop him from unloading more clips at the brothers Thornton, branding Pusha T âa workerâ and No Malice âa preacher who works at Walmart.â
âWhoâs gonna spin the block for him? Is Pharrell gonna spin the block for him? Is Malice gonna say a prayer? Whoâs gonna spin the block for him?â Capo asked. âIâm talking about musically, too. I ainât talking about thug shit â we already know I can do that. Who he got thatâs gonâ spin the block for him? Malice is a preacher who works at Walmart.â

Addressing Push directly, he added: âThat n-ggaâs a worker. Heâs still not a boss. He still has to answer to everybody in his circle.â
Jones went on to clarify that their conflict is âa rap battleâ not ârap beef,â adding: âThis is about pure music and styling, and he donât got it. You always wanted to be a New York n-gga; you from VA, the suburbs.â

The pairâs war of words ignited last week when Pusha T appeared to take aim at Jim Jones in an unreleased Clipse song debuted at Pharrellâs first Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week.
While he didnât name names, the former G.O.O.D. Music President accused his foe of âchasing a feature out of your elementâ â seemingly referencing Jonesâ love for his bitter rival Drake â while dropping more clues with references to repossession, reality TV and allegedly fake jewelry.

In response, the âWe Fly Highâ hitmaker dismissed Pusha Tâs bars as ânot a Top 50 verseâ before jacking his beat and firing back with âSummer Collection.â
âMy Name Is My Name but they ainât screaming that/ They talking about the Wrath of Caine but we ainât seen it yet/ We got the switches on that bitches, your whole team get wet/ Let me chill âcause I donât wanna get my team upset,â he warned in his rebuttal.
âThe only beef you know, n-gga, is Arbyâs or the Big Mac/ We donât drive through, we drive by in the car with the big MAC/ The last shit you dropped, that shit was garbage, take that shit back/ Plus you got your brother rappinâ, what you tryna bring the Clipse back?/ Talk about your brother, what happened to that boy?/ Heâs looking like theyâve been selling crack to that boy.â
Months earlier, Jim Jones made disparaging comments about Pusha T being ranked No. 29 on Billboardâs Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time list, claiming the Grammy-nominated lyricist doesnât deserve such a plaudit.

âWhat has he done that puts him in the greatest rappers of all time besides talk about coke that he probably didnât get himself?â Jones asked during an appearance on the Rap Caviar Podcast in April.
âHeâs nice as shit. He could rap his ass off, but what has he done? Nobody has dressed like him. Nobody wants to be like Pusha T. I donât remember nothing ⌠I donât know too many n-ggas in this game that was leaning towards being like Pusha T.â

Capo went as far as to say that heâd âeasilyâ put Big Sean and Camâron over King Push. âYou go in these clubs, I donât know no records they play in the club with Pusha T,â he added. âThey donât play his shit outside.â
