JAY-Z and Rihanna‘s current net worths have been revealed in Forbes‘ 2024 edition of their celebrity billionaires list.

In a report published by the publication on Tuesday (April 2), Hova and RiRi both rank among the 10 wealthiest celebrities on the planet.

Rihanna comes in at number nine with an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, thanks largely to her billion-dollar brands Fenty Beauty and Savage X.

JAY-Z, Hip Hop’s first billionaire, sits at number five with a $2.5 billion fortune, which he’s amassed through his various business and entertainment ventures, investments and famed music catalog.

That figure does not include his wife Beyoncé‘s own net worth, estimated to be around $500 million.

The list also features Magic Johnson ($1.2 billion), LeBron James ($1.2 billion), Kim Kardashian ($1.7 billion) and Oprah Winfrey ($2.8 billion).

Leading the way as the three richest celebrities are Michael Jordan with $3.2 billion, Steven Spielberg with $4.8 billion and George Lucas with $5.5 billion.

One noticeable omission from the list is Diddy, who joined the billionaire boys’ club in October 2022, making him the second wealthiest Hip Hop figure behind Hov.

The Bad Boy boss has seen his stock plummet in recent months in the wake of multiple sexual assault lawsuits and federal sex trafficking investigation.

The legal drama has forced him to part ways with spirits giant Diageo, which he co-owned Cîroc and DeLeón with and which he had sued for racial discrimination, as well sell his shares in Revolt, the media network he founded in 2013.

Both companies accounted for a huge chunk of his eight-figure net worth, which Forbes estimates to be currently $90 million.

Kanye West experienced a similar fate when adidas terminated their lucrative Yeezy partnership in late 2022 over his string of antisemitic comments.
