Jay Electronica took to Twitter yesterday (August 9) to call out rappers who glorify violence against their own people. Electronica calls such a rapper a “coward,” a “slave” and a “pussy.”
“Be clear I have zero respect for any so called thug that will bang on his own brother and ppl and community but pussy up when cops come,” he writes.
He says that there are more than just a few rappers playing this game.
“I hate these fucking cowards,” Electronica continues. “The entire game is full of cowards. And dumb ass coonery tap dance niggas acting like they bout some kinda life.”
The tweets have since been deleted, but AllHipHop grabbed the quotes.

With that said, he’s gotta put his money where his mouth is at some point. He seems kinda gassed up though, I can’t even front. When niggas spend too much time outside the U.S., they lose touch with it, for better or worse, and start trying to besmirch the American culture instead of trying to make a positive impact on it.
