Jadakiss’ son has shared who he thinks his basketball parallel is, and it has a lot to do with which player he compares his father to.
During a recent chat with DJ Superstar Jay on SiriusXM, Jaewon talked about his basketball equivalent and explained: “You know what’s crazy — I feel like Kiyan more than anything,” referring to Carmelo Anthony’s son. “Like I feel like Kiyan, I feel like it’s other people kids who’s like the Bronnys and all of that.”

Funnily enough, he did clarify right after that he doesn’t think of anyone as Bronny James, then went on to elaborate on his father’s own athletic twin: “I feel like my pops is the Melo of the industry, like he don’t really get his just due. Like he probably won’t get it till it’s all over.”
He added: “On Twitter right now, Melos’ trending, like they really givin’ him his flowers right now. And Kiyan, like you know about him but you don’t really know about him — you just waitin’ to see what he do and how he gon’ attack.”

According to the 29-year-old rap star, “Jimmy Cooks” adds another tally in the win column for him and Drake, and he illustrated that point by making a lofty comparison to a legendary pro-basketball duo.
The Atlanta rapper posted a still image from his and Drake’s 2017 collaboration, “Sneakin,’” alongside a photo of Shaquille O’Neal and the late Kobe Bryant holding the NBA Finals MVP and Larry O’Brien trophies following the Los Angeles Lakers’ series win against the Indiana Pacers in the 2000 NBA Finals.

21 Savage’s tweet came just days after Drake compared himself to Kobe after his team won another championship in his SBL basketball league. During the postgame press conference, Drizzy likened his performance to Black Mamba’s double-double in Game 6 of the 2010 NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics.
