Ja Rule Doubles Down On Claim He Beat 50 Cent In A Fight, Claims Their Beef Is ‘One-Sided’

Ja Rule has reiterated that he once beat 50 Cent in a physical fight and said their long-running beef is completely one-sided.

Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Tuesday (March 5), the former Murder Inc. rapper was repeatedly pressed by the host about his storied history with 50.

Morgan asked Ja who would win in a fight between him and the G-Unit mogul, to which he replied: “That’s happened already too, Piers. You gotta do your research.”

Asked by Morgan who won, the Queens, New York native answered: “I did, Piers.”

Ja Rule then went on to call their feud “one-sided,” adding: “You never see me say anything about him. I just mind my business, do my business… I don’t do the back and forth.”

Ja was also asked by Morgan if he had a message that he wanted to send to 50, with the rapper responding that he had “no message” but wished him well.

Watch his comments at the 12:20 mark below.

Ja Rule has previously claimed to have beaten up 50 Cent with a bat at the height of their feud in 2000.

Writing in his 2014 book Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Being a Man, he claimed: “50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger. Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”

Ja also claimed he beat up 50 with a crutch he got from someone in his camp with a broken foot at the time.

“I hit him with the crutch,” he continued. “We proceeded to whip his ass. I was putting in my work. 50 was crunched in the corner. I slammed the big Tannoy speaker down on him.”

He later elaborated on the incident during an interview with Hot 97, saying: “The talk got heated because I got mad and I started screaming at him and telling him he was a bitch, this that and the third. And so he swings at me.

“He caught me a little bit, but I dipped it. And then hit him with the bat. Boom! So, now we start tussling. My n-ggas is there. He got a few n-ggas with him there. Me and my n-ggas proceed to whoop his ass while his n-ggas did nothing. They sat back and watched the whole shit.”

The incident was also corroborated by Chris Gotti, co-founder of Murder Inc. Records, who said in 2016: “We see him in Atlanta…Ja and 50 walk off, talking. Rule got that big voice. You hear him: ‘I don’t know you. Why are you making these records?’

“50 snuffed him…You wanna hear the real story? Ja took the snuff. Takes him. Has his shirt over his head. Hitting him right back. Gets out of his shirt and he starts running…Gets away. That’s what happened that day.”

50 Cent has never responded to the claims that Ja beat him up and has not yet replied to his rival’s interview with Piers Morgan.

    1. J Rule one of those 5’7′ aggro black dudes who was mature at 12 and will beat your ass to death if angered. These are facts

    2. Both those accounts are different LOL. Gotta said he runs, Ja says he was sitting in a corner. What a pair of idiots LOL

    3. Ja always sounds like clown 🤡… He’s pained he fell off. I told the punk ass awhile ago on Instagram that hope his London ain’t gonna end up like fire fest? The Tupac wanna be block me off… I guess London tour has turned to another’ L’. Nobody bought his ticket after all!

      1. I wasn’t aware ppl in London couldn’t write comprehensive sentences. Ja Rule sucks but stick to grime idiot.

    4. I see the emergence of the 50 stans in these comments 😂 Remember when y’all were riddling this site repoing G-Unit daily? What happened? Ja did in fact handle 50. Y’all have to remember, record label and artist PR’s put in work to create narratives. Look how Nicki’s fans are defending her even though they’re nobody’s and have no idea about what’s really going on. Biggest fans in denial: 50 fans, Em stans, Barbz (for crying out loud, she’s with a proven pedo😂), R Kelly fans…imagine being born to serve a “master” unconditionally without giving your life to you and your own. Sad af. And they don’t even know you. 🤣

    5. Beating someone with a bat isn’t exactly winning a fight. Pretty sure I could win most fights with a f@cking bat!

    6. Clown Sh**.. He knows he’s re-igniting this nonsense. JA YOU LOST, MOVE ON, no one cares about your rebuttal 20 years later.

    7. Come on. Bragging about whooping someone’s ass by pulling a bat out. He knew 50 would’ve beat his 4’ll” ass silly, why else bring a bat? I would never brag about that. Makes him sound like an even bigger bitch.

    8. By watching the interview its pretty obvious Ja didnt want to talk about 50 but still did when pressured. Anyway. I believe 100% Ja beat 50 up and thats one of the reasons 50 cant stop clowning him and probably never will.

    9. I’m not riding with either of them. Fact is, this story getting old. Its time some OG’s stepped in told 50 to kick back so both of ’em keep each other name out they mouth. Its a bad example for the youngins in the game. It usually only ends on black on black gun crimes. As if black males weren’t a hunted species in America. SMH

      1. 1) the host kept pushing Ja to speak on it it’s not like he proactively brought it up

        2) this beef is way more personal than any hip-hop beef…50 hates this man and these stories explain why…I get where you’re coming from that they should make peace or whatever but in real life it’s not that easy to forgive people who tried to end your life
