Less than two weeks after his surprise announcement of a new album, J. Cole took to Instagram yesterday to hint at the release of more new music.
Posting an image of a collection of his iTunes playlists, J. Cole captioned his photo, “It’s a process.” The image of playlists included one titled “a 1 truly yours 4” which could be another sequel in his Truly Yours EP series, the last of which was included as a set of bonus tracks on his album Born Sinner. The picture also included a playlist called “a 1 Revenge of the Dreamers 2” which would likely be the second mixtape from Cole and his Dreamville roster.
The Instagram photo also shows off playlists like “Slept On Beats,” “wale,” and a collection of songs called “a cole chance” which some speculate could be a collaboration with Chance The Rapper.
J cole is one of the few really commanding respect and speaking on things other than rims, drinks, and fuckin hoes. I don’t like chance though hope they don’t work together lol
