J. Cole & Meek Mill Condemn White “Terrorist” Florida Cop With History Of False Arrests

A Broward County, Florida deputy with a history of making false arrests has caught the wrath of J. Cole and Meek Mill. In a July 2017 video obtained by The Miami Herald, Allen Floyd was holding his infant son outside of a Red Carpet Inn in Dania Beach when he was approached by Deputy James Cady.

Almost instantly, Cady started screaming at Floyd, demanding to see his I.D. When Floyd asked why he’s being so hostile, he started calling him “boy” and continued escalating the situation. Ultimately, Cady grabbed Floyd by the right arm before another officer snatched the man’s baby out of his arms.

Broward Public Defender Howard Finkelstein penned a letter to newly appointed Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony last month, pointing out Floyd wasn’t under investigation of any crime nor was he being belligerent.

“Deputy Cady’s verbal assault coupled with him choking an otherwise cooperative bystander can only be characterized as unlawful touching,” Finkelstein wrote. “In addition, Deputy Cady’s use of the term ‘boy’ is offensive, condescending and demeaning. It carries racial connotations when used while addressing an adult black male.”

Tony responded to Finkelstein’s letter with, “Thank you for bringing this matter that occurred in July 2017 to my attention. A cursory search of our system shows that no complaint was made prior to receiving your letter.”

Cole shared a clip of the incident to his Twitter account with the caption “Coward and a terrorist,” while Meek commented, “Regular day for a black man in America! They ripped this man baby out of his arms smfh!”

The probable cause affidavit, which is available on the Broward County Courts website under Case No. 17008749CF10A, doesn’t mention Cady was among the deputies there nor does it mention Floyd.

It also doesn’t reveal why the deputies came to the Red Carpet Inn in the first place and fails to explain how the officer ended up with the infant in her arms.

Executive chief assistant public defender Gordon Weekes said if a person answers a law enforcement officer with his name, as Floyd did, he’s identified himself.

Tony told the public defender, “Our Division of Internal Affairs will provide you with a response upon conducting a thorough examination.”

      1. But they don’t condenm them if they are white or black cops. It’s usually black rappers doing the condemning. Meeks arresting officer was black, the officers in the Freddie Gray incident were black..so what are you talking about?

      2. Reverse the roles again and imagine white people being bought as slaves, eventually given rights but never being seen as equals, and not having a long history of families that started businesses or have a family that profited off of slavery, and lack any of those leg up opportunities and then the lot end up in low income housing because they literally started from the bottom and are still there, with very few being fortunate but many simply not knowing any better because the education is shitty the lower the income in most cases. And a black person looks at them and says, “Just do better and stop being lazy, everyone in America has the same opportunity.” Then they click the car alarm because sub consciously people that look like them have unfortunately been known to steal. This is America

    1. Not saying what this police officer did was right, but black people need to learn how to cooperate with police in the proper way. Just do what they tell you to do and things like this won’t happen. Most of these “racist” police videos is a black person who refuses to follow orders and then they bitch when they are treated a certain way.

      1. Ok. Great. Have you ever read the article on the San Francisco police department txt messages? You think corporation is enough for a racists cop? Do some research. You sound intelligent don’t be an idiot

      2. Cooperate? You know this black man was not being detained. He did not have to provide the Officer with any identification. Maybe some white people need to learn how to communicate better. Is so strange that many white people feel they never do anything wrong. White people have been doing things wrong since slavery. Murdered so many innocent people due to hatred. You my friend don’t know what you’re talking about…

    2. poor black people, i really feel bad for all this harrasing and violence, black people is not violent, they dont get into shit or glorify any gang related bullshit, they hate drugs and would never use them, they dont move in groups like animals to fuck with people and act tuff, they are not loud and impulsive, they are great fathers and members of the community

      1. You are an idiot. A very big one at that. So people glorify violence means all black people are like that? How about that concert shooters? Are all whites like that? Why do you guys(kkk) even listen to hip hop?i bet you say you ain’t racists coz you have black friends.

        1. The CIA would be the answer to ‘what about the concert shooters?’ They’re behind all the false flags. Believe that.

      2. Trying to being sarcastic… who are you or any other white person to tell a black person how to act. Yes, there’s plenty of great black fathers in America. You’re just silly…

    3. Some people will still find a way to make it the black mans fault. A typical idiot will say “you should corporate”. Well bitch, corporation isn’t enough in America. They are very good cops, but the lot evil ones are defended by people who claim “I’m not racist, I even have black friends”. Idiots

    4. I’m mixed race white. So I know something about racism. Police brutality is rampant and regardless of intent or environment there is clearly a big problem that needs addressing. It’s not okay to justify police officers having a knee jerk and blasting someone away. I think the issue could be improved a lot with a more strenuous recruitment process and better support. I feel bad for the victims of police brutality and it’s not fair that people should die because trained professionals failed to keep their composure or because bullies managed to worm their way into a high responsibility role. But it’s also important to remember that responsible police officers that do care about what they do are also victims of police brutality. They get shat on just the same as the human dredges they get pigeonholed with. You could say “Oh well cry me a river” but it ups the chances of those officers being attacked and killed too. It’s a vicious circle…. Police judge poor people by the last scumbag they busted…. Poor people judge police by the last blue bully that abused their power. So I think both groups need to stop butting heads, acknowledge each other’s good and bad apples and work together to improve each other. You can’t achieve shit without co-operation. Stop looking for excuses to take each other out of context and use red herrings to jump to inaccurate conclusions. The media is making everyone want to be a victim and making factions out of everyone.
