Another Top Dawg Entertainment artist makes their long-awaited return amid the label’s fan appreciation week, as Isaiah Rashad releases his rapid-fire “Why Worry” single.

Building on the hype of previous releases from labelmates Ab-Soul and Zacari, Zaywop keeps pace on “Why Worry” over the soulful production from Crooklin with fast punchlines and tongue-in-cheek metaphors. He shared a message thanking fans for their unwavering support in an Instagram post on Wednesday (April 22).

“Why Worry. Thanks for the endless support,” Isaiah wrote.

“I always did this stuff to make soundtracks for me and my friends. Glad I have you guys. Available on all platforms.”

The track is the first solo record from the TDE rapper in nearly four years. Spotify shared a tweet with a quote from Isaiah about the origins of the song in 2017, in addition to details about new music.

    1. I’m glad he’s not following the same formula that the rest of TDE’s been following since 2018. That trap bullshit

      1. Yes, hope the Isaiah’s album will be in that vibe, kinda similar to Cilvia Demo which was dope. TDE beats been not so good lately with that generic trap shit everyone is doing.
