Another post showed video footage of the trip and Trae speaking with the families as well as helping install water filters in various homes. One woman recalled always having to boil water ever since she was a child while a news reporter detailed the efforts to bring clean water to “150,000” residents of Jackson, Mississippi.

“Sending Luv To Jackson Mississippi,” Trae captioned his second post. “We only been seeing the water situation for past Weeks, Truth is They Been Dealing With This 20 years Plus… Anyone Who want to help or want to try to assist, they can honestly Use All The Support… Luv.”

According to a report by TMZ, Trae delivered 100 water filters, groceries and supplies to support up to 50 families. Trae’s act of kindness comes weeks after a video of the water situation in Jackson circulated online.

In the video, a brown-colored liquid is seen flowing out of a faucet. City officials have attributed the contamination to several causes, such as insufficient resources, old piping systems, heavy rainfall that shut down one of the two water-treatment plans in the city and more.

TMZ also reported that Trae plans on returning to Jackson, Mississippi, to make sure families get large pallets of water on his next trip. Trae Tha Truth’s latest act of kindness is one of the many times he’s given back to communities in need.

Trae’s visit to Mississippi comes a few weeks after he was involved in a physical altercation with his cousin and former collaborator Z-Ro.

Last month, footage from the incident surfaced online. In the video, Z-Ro was balled up on the ground while someone repeatedly punched him. Several people pull the man off Z-Ro, who then quickly gets back up, ready to fight.

Trae can be seen restraining the man attacking Z-Ro before he and his entourage appeared to make verbal threats until police intervened. Ro later claimed in an interview with TMZ that he was “sucker punched” by the Street King rapper and his crew.

The H-Town rapper shared his side of the story of the physical altercation refuting the narrative that he “ambushed” Z-Ro, and revealed they spoke for roughly two hours the day after the fight. While he didn’t go into detail about what sparked the scuffle, he chalked it down to family drama that’s been brewing for some time.

However, TMZshared a new clip earlier this month showing Trae Tha Truth appear to attack Z-Ro along with four others by punching and kicking him. At one point, it also looks as if one of the people attacking Z-Ro snatched his gold chain.
