As if all the money he’s paid back to his friends wasn’t a lesson, YK Osiris is entering the new year going back to his old ways. The Florida crooner had been called out by a number of artists over money that’s owed, and French Montana is making sure he’s not lost in the mix.

Over the holiday weekend, French Montana linked up with YK Osiris and shared a message to their fans on his Instagram Story about the situation that needed to be handled between them. According to French, YK borrowed a hefty amount of cash from him but has yet to pay it back.

“I found my n-gga, he owe me some money. He don’t wanna pay me, but I’m going to get my money in the Bahamas,” French Montana said before YK put his around him, laughing and saying he’ll get him the money.

French added, “You owe me $5,000 from bowling, you never paid me. On God, I’m getting my money.”

YK continued to laugh and tell French he’ll get the money in about two weeks before the video cut off.

At this point, YK owing so much money feels staged as everyone from Drake to Lil Baby to Boosie Badazz has called him out for not paying his debts. Drake led the pack when he forced YK to do some pretty funny things like performing “Worth It” in his Toronto mansion to settle the massive $60,000 debt he’s sitting on.

“You owe me 60 bands, and you have to perform the song in the crib,” Drizzy told YK Osiris. “I’m giving you an out. I’m not Baby, I’m not Boosie. You don’t owe me two racks or five racks. You owe me 60 bands, and I’m playing the song right now. You ready?”

Osiris was reluctant but eventually gave in and put his all into the performance by busting out his vocals with conviction which caused Drake and the few others to cry with laughter.
