Gucci Mane had a good Christmas this year. The 1017 Records head took to Instagram on Sunday (December 26) to show off a new $1 million Bugatti Chiron watch, which had been gifted to him by his wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir.
In a video posted to the rapper’s Instagram, Gucci flashed the watch on camera and explained how Ka’Oir surprised him with it after he had shown her a picture of it on Instagram. He originally wasn’t gonna buy it because of its hefty price tag.
“It’s one of one, custom,” Ka’Oir can be heard saying in the video.
“For Mr. Radric Davis, oh papi!” She adds with a laugh.
The expensive gift comes after Gucci Mane paid homage to his friend Young Dolph– who was shot and killed in his hometown of Memphis in November– with a new song and music video titled “Long Live Dolph.”
“Never get your flowers while you’re here, and damn, that says a lot / All this senseless violence that I’m seein’, I swear it needs to stop / Humans killing other human beings almost ’round the clock / In a circular, circlin’ the block,” Gucci raps.
Gucci was one of many rappers who paid their respects to Young Dolph. LL Cool J, Westside Gunn, Russ, Megan Thee Stallion, Quavo, Chance The Rapper and more mourned his loss and sent their best wishes to the family.
“Long Live Dolph” served as the closing track on Gucci’s latest album So Icy Christmas, which features Pooh Shiesty, 2021 HipHopDX Rising Star Foogiano, Enchanting, BigWalkDog, Big Scarr, Hotboy Wes, and BiC Fizzle. It’s the third 1017 tape of 2021, following So Icy Boyz in October and Ice Daddy in June. The collective also released So Icy Gang Vol. 1 in 2020, which peaked at No. 46 on the Billboard 200.
