Bun B Set To Open Trill Burgers Restaurant In Houston

Bun B is entering the restaurant industry. According to Eater, the UGK frontman is gearing up to open Trill Burgers in Houston, although a permanent address hasn’t been locked down just yet.

Thank you @foodbeast and @eaterhouston for showing @trillburgers some love,” Bun B wrote when breaking the news to Instagram. “Follow us because the first pop up is only weeks away! #TrillBurgers.”

The first pop-up restaurant is right around the corner with a soft opening slated for August. The burgers will be in the thin-sliced style popularized in California.

“For years I’ve been fascinated with the culinary scene, trying to find the best entry point for me,” Bun B added. “Today, I can say I’ve found it.”

Congratulatory messages poured in from the Houston legend’s Hip Hop compatriots such as Fabolous, Ludacris, DJ Paul, Slim Thug, Big Pooh and more.

Details regarding the exact menu are scarce at the moment, but Eater disclosed there will be a smashburger and an Oklahoma-styled burger with fried onions baked into the patty.
