Boosie Badazz didn’t hold back on his thoughts regarding former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s sentencing on Friday (June 25). The ex-cop is set to serve 22 and a half years behind bars after being found in the death of George Floyd in May 2020.

After Chauvin’s mother gave an impact statement on behalf of her son, telling the courtroom she’d likely be dead by the time he was released from prison, Boosie fired off a series of tweets regarding the sentencing and Chauvin’s mother for her comments.

“22 YEARS WTF HE WILL BE HOME N 5-7 YEARS GOOD BEHAVIOR,” Boosie wrote Friday. “FUCK THAT JUDGE HE SAID FUCK GEORGE FLOYD WITH THAT SENTENCING. FUCK THE JUSTICE SYSTEM ‼️ THAT RACIST BITCH N HIS CELL SMILING RIGHT NOW #hopefully a inmate will ……..”

He added, “N DID YALL SEE CHAVELIN UGLY ASS MOMA UP THERE #bitch GO HOME ‼️ITS YO FAULT Too HE CAME OUT YO PUSSY. I KNOW YALL SAW THAT FAKE ASS ACTIN ROLE SHE PUT UP THERE #BoldandtheBeautiful MOMA U DID YO THANG #uglyassbitch #fuckyoson”

Floyd’s death sparked global protests and racial unrest across the country. Although Boosie believes Chauvin will be out in five years, the former cop will have to serve a minimum of 15 years before being considered for release. Even then, he would have to serve the rest of his sentence on parole.

Boosie Badazz Wishes He Could’ve Had Derek Chauvin Violated In Louisiana Prison

Boosie’s thoughts on Chauvin have been pretty consistent since the case became a glimpse into what many Black Americans feel about treatment by the police. In April, hours after Chauvin was found guilty of murdering Floyd, Boosie suggested Chauvin would be sexually assaulted in prison as a form of karmic justice.

“[Derek Chauvin] lucky he ain’t going to jail n LOUISIANA … #bosscallwouldabeenmade,” Boosie tweeted then. Needless to say, after the ex-cop’s sentencing – he still wants Chauvin to endure such a punishment.
