New York, NY

Forbes recently unveiled its list of the highest earning musicians of 2019. Unsurprisingly, Kanye West, JAY-Z and his superstar wife Beyoncé top the list.

Thanks primarily to his partnership with adidas, Ye landed at No. 2 with roughly $150 million, while JAY-Z and Beyoncé tied at No. 6 with $81 million each. The only artist to surpass Kanye was his nemesis Taylor Swift who landed in the No. 1 spot with $185 million.

“I am a product guy at my core,” West said in an August interview with Forbes. “To make products that make people feel an immense amount of joy and solve issues and problems in their life, that’s the problem-solving that I love to do.”

Elsewhere on the list, Migos hit the No. 40 spot with $36 million, Kendrick Lamar settled at No. 34 with $38.5 million, DJ Khaled tied Marshmello at No. 29 with $40 million and Eminem matched Bruno Mars at No. 18 with $51 million. [apple_news_ad type=”any”]
