New York, NY

Tekashi 6ix9ine took the witness stand last week in the case of alleged Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison.

During his testimony, he revealed his former driver Jorge Rivera became a police informant following his Immigration Customs & Enforcement (ICE) arrest. When asked if he spoke to law enforcement about cooperating, Rivera replied, “Yes.”

Rivera then explained he started driving for 6ix9ine shortly after he was released from custody and confirmed there was a camera installed in the Chevy Tahoe when Ellison allegedly kidnapped and robbed 6ix9ine.

According to Complex, Rivera told the court he’d been an informant since July 2018 and suspected others (including 6ix9ine) discovered this information around September/October of last year.

As part of his testimony, 6ix9ine also identified several people as Blood gang members, including Cardi B and Jim Jones. A recent New York Times article suggests the 23-year-old could enter the witness protection program following the trial.

The trial is expected to wrap up this week.
