Drake had some fun at the expense of his onetime rival Joe Budden, cracking jokes about the rapper-turned-podcaster’s recent pool party. Drizzy sent some lighthearted jabs while Budden’s live-streamed the festivities via Instagram on Saturday (August 24).
“The Dj said that shit getting out of control it’s 67 people there,” the OVO star commented before delving into the former Slaughterhouse MC’s catalog.
“Pump it up will send that air bnb into a frenzy on god,” Drake joked. “Yo play your diss songs for me right now I wanna see if they ring off.”
He also took a shot at his longtime adversary Pusha T.
“Play story of adidon right now and see if it rings off,” Drizzy wrote. “I promise the only person that’s gonna know the words is rob Markman.”
Even some of the pool party attendees — and Travis Porter — caught some strays while Drake was firing off jokes.
“Nah the girl in the background trying to crack on me sound like she manage Travis Porter,” he declared.

Drake knows his superstar status is the only reason people dismissed those diss tracks. Kids dont want rappers nowadays, which is fine, but dont act like you didnt get smoked by Budden and wouldn’t get smoked again. That’s why he falls to “see if the diss tracks ring off”, even though his diss tracks only got play because he is who he is.
