Although YNW Melly is currently in a Florida jail for his alleged involvement in a double homicide, evidently the incarcerated rapper is still working on new music.

In a recent Instagram post, Melly — dressed in jailhouse orange — smiles for the camera and promises Melly Vs. Marvin is coming soon.

“Album on the way everybody,” the caption reads. “Y’all ready #MellyVsMarvin.”

The upcoming album will follow Melly’s “Dangerously in Love (772 Love Pt. 2)” single, the Lil Keed collaboration “Pull Up” featuring Melly and Lil Uzi Vert and Yung Bans’ new song “100 Shells.”

Melly has been behind bars since February for his alleged involvement in the murders of YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser. The State of Florida is reportedly seeking the death penalty and confident it can “prove beyond a reasonable doubt” Melly murdered both men for financial gain.

In May, his family shared a jail phone call to his Instagram account. During the conversation, Melly revealed he doesn’t think the charges will stick.

Although the audio was difficult to decipher, Melly clearly said, “God is real. He has cleansed my soul, he has blessed me tremendously. He’s the reason I’m coming home.”

Following Melly’s arrest, his “Murder On My Mind”  single went double platinum.
