Looks like the bawse Rick Ross is adding another gig to his filmography. According to Billboard, the MMG capo will star in the second season of Irv Gotti’sTALES — an anthology series that tells stories inspired by some of Hip Hop’s biggest classics.
“I’m telling y’all right now, [Rick Ross] can act,” Gotti tweeted. “He stole the scene he was in.”

Ross will join Scarface, comedian DeRay Davis, Empire actress Grace Byers and more as cast members. The series will bring songs like Nas’ “I Gave You Power,” Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow,” Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor” and Geto Boys’ “Mind Playing Tricks on Me” to life in exciting new ways.
Gotti told Billboard, “TALES season 2 with BET promises to be even bigger and more entertaining than the first season. We had some incredible breakthroughs with season one, but fans should look for surprises and big guest appearances for season 2.”
TALES returns to BET on April 23.
