Tekashi 6ix9ine’s recent arrest may have just saved his life. As reported by TMZ on Wednesday (November 28), the feds wiretapped a conversation between 6ix9ine’s ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones, which revealed a potential murder plot. But it seems 6ix9ine has had a target on his back for awhile.

According to The Blast, another wiretapped call finds Jones and another alleged Nine Trey Bloods gang member talking about the August 14 shooting that went down on a video set where 50 Cent and 6ix9ine were filming.

During the call, they explained a “homie” of theirs “flipped the clip at the video shoot.” At the time of the shooting, police were unable to track down who was responsible for the melee.

Only three months later, another 6ix9ine video shoot for “MAMA” featuring Kanye West and Nicki Minaj was sprayed with bullets. ‘Ye was already on set but Nicki had not yet arrived.
