Baltimore, MD – Dave East announced the title and projected release date of his next album via Instagram on Tuesday (November 27). According to the caption, the project is titled Survival and is expected arrive sometime next year.

In the clip, which was filmed during an interview, East is asked if he has a specific date in mind.

“February, March,” he unenthusiastically replies. “It’s called Survival. That’s the title. Survival 2019.”

Survival follows his collaborative effort with Styles P, Beloved, which was released in October. The 13-track project featured appearances from The LOX, Tish Hyman, Dyce Payne and Jazzy.

Along with Beloved, the Harlem MC also delivered Paranoia 2 and Karma 2 earlier this year.
