The Alchemist has recruited some top-notch MCs for his new EP, Bread.
ALC’s four-song release features the rhymes of Black Thought, Earl Sweatshirt, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine and Roc Marciano. The EP arrives a month after the producer teamed with Curren$y and Freddie Gibbs for their Fetti project.

The Alchemist is closing out the month with a new project. The respected producer has announced a November 30 release date for his Bread EP.
“Bread. An EP by The Alchemist. 11/30/18,” he tweeted on Monday (November 19).
Alchemist’s upcoming EP only features four songs but is jam-packed with an impressive lineup of guests. Contributors include Black Thought, Earl Sweatshirt, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine and Roc Marciano.
ALC has been busy of late, dropping a 12-inch vinyl single featuring “Fork In The Pot” and “94′ Ghost Shit” earlier this month. He also provided all of the production for Freddie Gibbs and Curren$y’s Fetti project, which was released on Halloween (October 31).

Oh you mean the hooked nose and the rat-like facial features? That’s his ethnicity (hint: not white).
Right? He looks all nerdy now. Not at all how he looked in 2004 when he dropped 1st Infantry and “Hold you Down” was the dopest song I had ever heard. I guess only pop rap producers like Pharrell and Timbaland get the benefit of looking exactly the same for two decades.
Why not just name it “Challah”? It is a special bread in j.evv.ish cuisine and that must be what Alchemist is referring to anyways.
