Earlier this week, Freddie Gibbs confirmed he and Curren$y finished work on their Fetti EP. Now, the collaborative project has a release date.

Spitta dropped a “JetFlix” documentary about the making of EP on Wednesday (September 26) and revealed Fetti’s release date at the end of the film. The Curren$y and Gibbs collaboration — produced entirely by The Alchemist — is scheduled to arrive on October 31, giving fans a musical treat for Halloween.

Curren$y and Gibbs originally announced the Fetti EP in January 2017. At the time, Spitta said it would drop that same year. But following the original announcement, updates became scarce.

That all changed last week when Curren$y posted an Instagram video declaring his half of Fetti was done. A few days later, Gibbs said they completed the EP.

“Good work @CurrenSy_Spitta we finished #FETTI in 2 days,” he tweeted on Tuesday (September 25).

Curren$y and Gibbs have collaborated many times in the past, including a track sharing the same title as their upcoming EP. Fittingly, the song originated from an Alchemist-helmed project titled Welcome To Los Santos with fellow producer Oh No.
