Kanye West has made a whopper of an announcement — ladies and gentlemen — ‘Ye is done with politics. On Tuesday (October 30), the outspoken artist took to Twitter to renounce his political involvement.

“My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in,” he wrote. “I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative !!!”

Ye’s revelation stems from the recent news he loaned his creative talents to Candace Owens’ “Blexit” campaign, something he denies.

“I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine,” he revealed. “I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it.”

‘Ye’s seemingly blind support of Donald Trump has infuriated some of his former fans and alienated many in the African-American community. Despite the public backlash, ‘Ye continued sporting the infamous MAGA hat and even met with Trump at the White House earlier this month.

That’s all, folks.
