Daz Dillinger Releases “Dazamataz” LP

    Hip Hop heads looking for some new G-Funk are in luck. Tha Dogg Pound’s Daz Dillinger, one of the subgenre’s pioneers, has released a solo album titled Dazamataz.

    The LP features a staggering 30 songs, and it’s jam-packed with guest appearances. Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, G Perico, Freddie Gibbs, Big Gipp, Suga Free, B-Legit and Kokane are just some of the contributors to Daz’s latest work.

    West Coast G-Funk vet and member of Tha Dogg Pound Daz Dillinger has announced his forthcoming album, Dazamataz, his first full-length offering since 2014’s Weed Money. 

    Boasting 30 tracks, the project features Daz’s cousin Snoop Dogg, G Perico, Kurupt, Freddie Gibbs and Kokane, among others. In anticipation of the album, Daz has unveiled the inaugural single, “Niggaz Know” featuring Perico.

    Kokane, who appears on three of the album’s tracks, proudly told HipHopDX, “We gone keep this gangsta shit cracking!”

    Dazamataz is scheduled to arrive on Friday (February 16). Pre-orders are available here.

    6. Double album.. Bentley on the cover.. this reeks of a No Limit era album, only thing its missing is the pen & pixel cover. All jokes aside, not expecting a whole lot from this, but will give it a fair shake. Good to see vets like Daz still recording music.
