Rob Kardashian littered social media with cheating accusations and candid private photos of his now ex-fiancée Blac Chyna late last week. In retaliation, on Monday (July 10), Chyna headed to court where a judge granted her a temporary restraining order against the father of her youngest child Dream. Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom said they were given everything they were asking for in their petition.

“As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse,” Bloom told CNN. “It is also a crime in California and 38 other states.”

Attorney Robert Shapiro represented Kardashian who did not appear in court.

In an exclusive interview with ABC’s Nightline, Chyna claims she wants to be able to effectively co-parent Dream and is not trying to win sole custody of their daughter. Bloom added she thought Kardashian needs anger management. The restraining order will be reviewed in August.

But that wasn’t the end of the saga. Chyna then took aim at Ferrari, one of the men Kardashian accused her of cheating with. TMZ obtained a letter from Bloom written to the 24-year-old rapper that threatened him with legal action if he decided to leak any photos of Chyna “unclothed or partially unclothed.”

Ferrari reportedly already returned over $135,000 worth of jewelry and other gifts he’d purchased for Chyna, and has seemingly disappeared from the situation altogether.
