Drake is bringing back OVO Fest for the seventh year. He made the announcement for the weekend along with the “Summer Sixteen Tour” in April.

The initial flier for this year’s OVO Fest, which takes place in Toronto July 29 through August 1, showed events for Friday with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa’s “The High Road Tour.” The schedule then skipped to Sunday and Monday with scheduled performances from the hometown hero and his What a Time to Be Alive collaborator, Future.

Now, Drizzy has revealed that the Saturday will be a Caribana celebration. Each year, the 6 takes a weekend in the summer to celebrate its Caribbean culture. So Drake enlisted Machel Montano, Beenie Man and “Special Guests” for his contribution to the party.

Drake has always shown love for the Caribbean and his most recent album, VIEWS, probably has the most evidence of this influence with the Rihanna-assisted “Too Good” and singles “Controlla” and “One Dance.” The latter, which features Wizkid and Kyla, was Drizzy’s first-ever song to top Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
