Despite Jim Jones and Max B‘s past issues, Capo believes Charly Wingate had the potential to become just as huge of a star as Drake.

Jones signed Max to his ByrdGang label in 2006, only for the pair to bitterly part ways two years later.

“I put a lot of money into that boy pocket,” Jim says in an interview with Rap Radar. “He had a chance to do, be as big as Drake right now. A lot of these artists right now that are singing and being very melodic, a lot of that came from that boy’s whole catalogue. Wiz Khalifa will tell you right now that he studied his music word-for-word and took a lot of his wave. We all make our decisions. It’s just sad sometimes.”
