Azealia Banks’ criminal battery case has been resolved, according to TMZ.
Due to lack of evidence, the Los Angeles city attorney has rejected the case.
Law enforcement says the video footage of the incident does not make it clear who was the aggressor in the October incident at Los Angeles’ Break Room 86.

Azealia Banks is the subject of a police investigation after attacking a security guard at Los Angeles’ Break Room 86, TMZ reports.
Banks and her friends were asked to leave the club when she reportedly became unruly. On her way out, security says she tried to set off the fire alarm.
In surveillance video obtained by the website, the rapper is shown playing with the fire control valves before being confronted by security. She argues with the guard and throws some punches before a second security officer gets involved.
